2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. He only requested to this Court that the appeal of petitioner is pending before the Appellate Authority about which he has made prayer in the writ petition to direct him to pass final order in the same.
3. Learned counsel for the State submits that
Patna High Court CWJC No.16720 of 2015(2) dt.28-08-2023 2/2 permission may be granted to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition as appeal is already pending.
4. In this view of the matter, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off and the Appellate Authority-cum-Additional Collector, Patna is directed to decide the Case No.83 of 201213, if pending before him, within three months. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Ritik/- U T
