ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 The present modification application has been filed for modification in order dated 23.7.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.20232/15 wherein the petitioner was extended the privilege of anticipatory bail with direction to surrender before the court below within four weeks.

However, since the petitioner was suffering from illness she could not surrender in time. As such, the petitioner has prayed for modification in the aforesaid order and further extension of time to surrender.
