The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Pipariya P.S. Case No.1 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. During investigation, the names of the petitioners have transpired in the supervision note of the Dy.S.P. Similarly situated co-accused Ramchandra Prasad Vimal has already been allowed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22777 of 2017 (2) dt.05-06-2017 anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.15048 of 2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Naresh Mahto, J.M.-1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Pipariya P.S. Case No.1 of 2017, G.R. No. 22 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
