2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the first paragraph of the relief portion Ceiling Appeal No.102 of 2021-22 has wrongly typed in place of Miscellaneous Ceiling Case No.102 of 2021-22.
3. In the light of the submissions he is directed to correct the same in course of the day.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 02.06.1997, petitioner's Land Ceiling Appeal No.12 of 1995-96 has been disposed of by the order of Collector, Darbhanga, transferring the records to the Additional Collector, Land Ceiling, Darbhanga, for computation afresh and for other proper action. It was also directed that the Additional Collector while intimating the appellant by registered post directed the appellant to submit the select list. With this direction, the Collector has disposed of the appeal.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has challenged the said order before the Hon'ble High Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court, which has acquired finality on 31.02.2008. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed Misc. Case No.102 of 2021-22 before the Additional Collector, Darbhanga, to proceed in the light of direction made in the order dated 02.06.1997 passed by the Collector, Darbhanga, in Land Ceiling Appeal No.12 of 1995-96.
6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his miscellaneous case is still pending and he seeks direction from this Hon'ble Court that his Misc. Case No.102 of 2021-22 be disposed of in accordance with law.
7. Learned counsel for the State submits that there is
Patna High Court CWJC No.5859 of 2023(4) dt.27-09-2023 3/3 huge delay and the petitioner has not produced the orders passed by the Hon'ble High Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Misc. Case No.102 of 2021-22.
8. In this background, the petitioner is directed to produce all the order sheets relating to his case in which different orders have been passed by the Hon'ble High Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court within four weeks from the date of production of this order before the Additional Collector and Additional Collector upon receiving the same shall disposed of his Miscellaneous Case No.102 of 2021-22 in accordance with law within six months thereafter.
9. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
