The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Town (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No.608 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per First Information Report allegation has been made that petitioner along with others have killed the brother of the informant by fire arms.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
