The petitioners of both the cases apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 01 of 2017 registered under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Therefore, both applications are being heard together and disposed

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that on perusal of the Annexure nos. 2, 2/A and 2/B, it appears that petitioner was appointed on the post of Head Master by the Block Education Officer, Madhepura and in the light of the order of Block Education Officer, he received the charge on the said post. It is also submitted that the entire relevant documents of the petitioners have been duly verified by the District Programming Officer, Madhepura, as contained in Annexure-3.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 01 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
