Two motorcycle ridden criminals attempted unsuccessfully to snatch mobile set from the informant out of whom one was apprehended at the spot along with motorcycle who disclose his identify as Mohit Pandey @ Dainy. On interrogation, during course of inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement, the apprehended accused had disclosed the name of petitioner being accomplice.

From the order impugned nothing adverse is found explicit against the petitioner moreover, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and consequent thereupon, petitioner Raja Babu @ Saurav Kumar Upadhyay is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47884 of 2014 (2) dt.17-04-2015 two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No.505 of 2014 in the event of his arrest / surrender within four weeks in terms of condition so enumerated under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
