The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 62 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Since recovery of 414 litres of illicit liquor has been made behind the gate of house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application is dismissed.
