JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 27 of N.D.P.S. Act. 40 gram Ganja is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 27.09.2018. Para 3 of the petition goes to show that prior to institution of the present case, no case of N.D.P.S. Act had been registered against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
