JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). That for issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondents to publish the revised results on the post of Uddipika on the basis of written test.

(ii). That for issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the Post of Uddipika since the Petitioner was qualified and placed at Serial No.1 in

Patna High Court CWJC No.15905 of 2015(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 the Merit-List.

(iii). That for issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondents to investigate the irregularities, malpractices conducted by the Examination Board, authorized to select the Uddipika."

The learned counsel for the Respondent-State has submitted, by referring to the judgment dated 10.05.2017, passed in CWJC No. 13292 of 2016 that a coordinate Bench of this Court has been pleased not to interfere in similar type of matters, hence, the present writ petition is devoid of any merit. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition be disposed off. 4.
