Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the selection of private respondent No. 7 as Anganwadi Sevika for Ward No. 6, Gram Panchayat Raj, Matiyari Block Jokihat in the district of Araria.

The complain against the selection of respondent No. 7, filed before the District Programme Officer (for brevity

Patna High Court CWJC No.10669 of 2021(2) dt.18-09-2023 2/2 'D.P.O.') in the year 2020, as per averments made in the counter affidavit is said to be still pending. The Court, therefore, would direct disposal of the matter by the District Programme Officer, Araria (respondent No. 4), after hearing the necessary parties in accordance with the guidelines.

Petitioner should approach to respondent No. 4, with a copy of this order for fixing of a date to conclude the process expeditiously and without any further delay. 5.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
