JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 01/016 registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 379, 307, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he gave an iron rod blow over the head of the informant. There is land dispute and case & counter case in between the parties. However, only one single injury on the head of the informant was found. Neither any x-ray nor any C.T. Scan was done and the doctor has found the injury dangerous for life without giving any reason.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.516 of 2017 (3) dt.08-02-2017 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Shashi Ram, named above, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabua) in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 01/016.
