This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 1474 of 2022 registered under section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of one country made pistol loaded with one cartridge of .315 bore and one mobile phone and also the petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 1474 of 2022. The petitioner will visit Phulwari Sharif police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
