JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard Sri Gagandeo Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Jay Nagar ( Deodha) P.S. Case no.182 of 2006 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and during investigation, his name has figured, however the case was not found true and, as such, the police submitted final report in favour of the petitioner. Subsequently, cognizance has been taken against the petitioner. He further submits that some other accused persons have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.

No.46168 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 In view of facts and circumstances, particularly the fact that final report was submitted in favour of the petitioner, the Court considers that it is a fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. Let the petitioner, namely, Ravindra Kamat @ Ravindra Kumar Kamat, in the event of his arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jay Nagar ( Deodha ) P.S. Case no.182 of 2006, subject to conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U
