This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Maniyari P.S. Case No. 301 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Considering the fact that the recovery of illicit liquor is from the hut of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
