Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379, 411, 414, 401, 403 and 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code. One Mukesh Ram was arrested with stolen motorcycle who disclosed name of the petitioner and after that house of the petitioner was searched and one stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from his house but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing was recovered from the house of the petitioner and, as a matter of fact, so-called recovery is nothing but only high handedness of the police.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
