Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the written report as well as seizure list go to show that only bottles were recovered from possession of the petitioner because there is nothing either in the written report or in the seizure list to show that country made liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bikramganj in connection with
