Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Piparia P.S. Case No.1 of 2017 registered under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the informant, the Block Education Officer, Piparia, lodged the present case on apprehending six persons, named in the F.I.R., with the books issued by the Education Department of the State of Bihar for distributing the

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the C.R.C.C.-cum- Assistant Teacher and is performing the duty in the office of the Informant, the Block Education Officer, Piparia. In course of investigation, only the suspicion has been raised against the petitioner and the informant, the Block Education Officer, Piparia, in the supervision note of the supervising authority, as detailed in paragraph-35 of the case diary and the note of the Superintendent of the police, as detailed in paragraph-39 of the case diary. Except that, nothing has been collected by the Investigating Officer to show the involvement of the petitioner in the present case. Further submission is that the informant, the Block Education Officer, Piparia, has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.04.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.15048 of 2017. The petitioner is lady and she has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender by her within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri
