The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 411 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the specific allegation of stabbing is not on the petitioner, rather it is on Abu Hasan, who has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Case No. 411 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
