JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, it was F.I.R named accused Ramesh Singh, who shot fire on the deceased and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that he along with others were instigating co-accused Ramesh Singh. Considering the nature of allegation as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,14, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Shahpur P.S.Case No. 201 of 2016.
