Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 504, 506, 341 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and have been

It is next submitted that petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law (bhaisur) and sister-in-law (gotni) of the complainant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the complaint, it would manifest that the allegations against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that whenever any dispute arises in between the husband and the wife, the entire family members are implicated in a mechanical manner with ornamental allegation. It is next submitted that the husband of the complainant is availing his remedies available in law. 4.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 303 of 2021, subject to the conditions as
