Petitioner seeks bail in Samastipur (Muffasil) PS Case No. 602 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the IPC and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted by the petitioner's Counsel that the recovery alleged was not from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case and the story of carrying about 23 litres in bottles of different dimensions on one motorcycle is highly improbable. The petitioner is in custody 25.8.2018. Earlier to the instant case there is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner.
