Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 117 of 2009 registered for the offence punishable under section 27 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. There is recovery of 0.640 grams of smack which is a small quantity. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 03.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of
