JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 Heard Mr. Bachan Jee Ojha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Rajeev Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Mr. Sudama Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 4.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that retiral dues including the dues salary, earned leave encashment, provident fund, gratuity, pension etc. with proper interest has not been paid to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Municipal Corporation, Sasaram inform this Court that steps have already

4. The Municipal Commissioner, Sasaram must see that the statement, which has been made on his behalf, he must abide by that and must ensure pension to the petitioner on monthly basis.
