Petitioner is accused in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016 registered under Sections 366 of the I.P.C. The allegation against the petitioner is that he induced the wife of the informant to go with him. Submission of the petitioner is that statement of the wife of the informant, recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. vide annexure-2, would reveal that she had gone along with the petitioner with intend to purchase a flat at Jamshedpur. She had not alleged anything more against the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing
