Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chanan P.S. Case No. 1 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 323, 325, 307, 379, 302 Indian Penal Code. Prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected twice by this Court.

This is third attempt on behalf of the petitioners on the ground that co-accused, Isha Mandal @ Krishnandan Mandal, has faced trial vide Sessions Trial No.52 of 2018 and he has been acquitted for the alleged offence by the Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai, by judgment dated 11th September, 2018. This Court does not find it a good ground for grant of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76749 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail.

Prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.

Petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
