2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansi Rail P.S. Case No. 09/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is involved in the kidnapping for ransom of eleven years old boy. In Trial, almost all the witness including the victim have been examined. The petitioner is in jail since 24.07.2024.

4. Considering the aforesaid and in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in the case of X Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr. reported in 2024 SCC Online SC 3539, this application is dismissed.
