The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019 giving rise to Special case No. 2 of 2019 for the offence under Section 20,22 of the N.D.P.S. Act Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant it is alleged that 04 Kg of Ganja was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner next contended that petitioner is 60 years old and he is in custody since 19.01.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
