This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Samastipur Town P.S. Case N0. 36 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 420,406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The First Information Report was lodged in the year 2014, in which petitioners had been made named accused. Two years after registration of the First Information Report, the petitioners applied for their release on anticipatory bail, which has been rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge,6th , Samastipur, by order dated 21.02.2017. Because of the delay on the part of the petitioners in approaching Court for grant of anticipatory bail, I am not inclined to entertain this application.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
