The allegation against the petitioners is that 27 ltrs. of Nepalese liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioners.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 01.09.2016.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts as stated above, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM,
