JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (hereinafter referred to as "the Code") has been filed for quashing of the order dated 16th July, 2012 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in Cr. Revision No.156 of 2012 whereby and whereunder he has upheld the order dated 13th March, 2012 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Misc. Case No.58 of 2010 whereby an interim order of maintenance has been passed in favour of opposite party nos.2 and 3, who are wife and daughter of the petitioner.

This application under section 482 of the Code has been filed in the form of second revision which is barred under section

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40232 of 2012 (3) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 397(3) of the Code.
