The petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2014 for his conviction in connection with Cr. Appl. No. 27 of 2016 arising out of K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 661 of 2014, Trial No. 611 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already been in custody for two years and the trial is not likely to be concluded shortly. As such, he prays for grant of bail as the conviction of sentence, according to him, is 3 years. Considering the period of custody already undergone, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing
