Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 07.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31763 of 2021. Vide order dated 26.04.2023, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that charge has already been framed and case is fixed for evidence.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, since the petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2020, trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably
