Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chewara P.S. Case No. 19 of 2020 (Excise Case No. 82 of 2020) registered for the offence under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.05.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
