2. It is submitted that the suspension of license itself was challenged in appeal and the appeal has now been heard.

3. In such circumstances, we find absolutely no reason to entertain the writ petition and the writ petition stands closed leaving open the petitioner's contentions to be urged in the appeal against the suspension of license.
