Petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (M) P.S. Case No.298 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

30 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 12.10.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Buxar in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No.298 of 2018.
