The question with regard to competence of order contained in Annexure-2 is being raised as a ploy to ensure that nobody senior to the petitioner ends up in the institution to the detriment of her interest.

Let the grievance of the petitioner be agitated before the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Saran, Chapra, who shall look into the correctness and otherwise of the decision contained in
