The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bagaha (Bhairoganj) P.S. Case No.546 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 354-B, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under section 8 of the POCSO Act and under section 3(i)(r)(wi) 3(2)(v) of the S.C./S.T. Act. 3.

The petitioner is said to have tried to commit rape upon the the victim.

The case was filed after much delay for attempt of rape. The petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2023 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-VII-cum- Special Judge, POCSO, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bagaha (Bhairoganj) P.S. Case No.546 of 2023.
