JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 20-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Instant case has been registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 427 and 379 of the I.P.C. Save and except Section 379 I.P.C., rest Sections are bailable. Manner whereunder occurrence has been alleged coupled with snatching of money by one of the petitioners Kailu Nadaf @ Kailu Mian as well as snatching of chain by non-petitioners Jageshwar Yadav, at least would not have a cause to apprehend the petitioners to approach under present forum.

That being so, petitioners are directed to surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47978 of 2014 (03) dt.20-04-2015 before the learned lower Court with a prayer for bail, which the learned lower Court will consider favourably, more particularly in light of findings so recorded herein above.

With the aforesaid observation, instant petition is disposed of.
