JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 The petitioner happens to be the Chairman of Chandheri Rajpur Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society in the district of Bhagalpur and prays for an appropriate direction to the respondent to provide him with land for construction of godown having a capacity of 200 metric tonnes under the scheme of ICDP (Integrated Cooperative Development Project). Mr. Indeshwari Prasad Mandal, learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to Annexure-2 which is a letter of the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur and the report of the Revenue Karamchari addressed to the Circle Officer present at Annexure-4 submits that although steps have been taken in this regard but has not reached its conclusion.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16054 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur has initiated action in this regard, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Bhgalpur to consider the grievance of the petitioner and since he has already initiated action for earmarking the land for construction of godown for the Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society, he should take a decision in this regard and pass appropriate orders preferably within three months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.

This writ application is disposed of.
