====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-08-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Brahampur (Krishnabraham) P.S. Case No. 533 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that from his possession one country made pistol along with one cartridge was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2019.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
