The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ghoshwari P.S. Case No. 29 of 2014, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation that occurrence took place with regard drainage of the water and petitioners assaulted the informant by lathi.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this is a case and counter case and injury inflicted upon the informant is simple in nature.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37558 of 2014 (3) dt.20-04-2015 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Ran Vijay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna,, in connection with Ghoshwari P.S Case No. 29 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of Cr.P.C.
