Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Beldaur Police Station Case No 41 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the allegations in the first information report relate to the period prior to 2010. It is further submitted that from perusal of the FIR, it appears that the petitioner was the erstwhile Headmaster. It is also submitted that on 18.02.2010, the petitioner was deputed at Middle School, Sisbani and handed over the charge to the School Shiksha Sachiv and joined his new assignment on 24.02.2010. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, on his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur PS Case No 41 of 2017 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
