The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 27.04.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda, in Complaint Case No. 137C of 2015 whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 306 and 120B of the I.P.C. and summons have also been issued against the petitioner.
