Petitioner is accused in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 210 of 2016 registered under Sections 363, 365 of the I.P.C. and later on, section 364 of the I.P.C. was added. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with some unknown persons has abducted the son of the informant. They served intoxicated item, as a result of which, he became unconscious.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.06.2016.

No.52962 of 2016 (3) dt.16-01-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No.210 of 2016.
