In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.100 of 2017 (G.R. No.944 of 2017), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 50(a)(b)(c) and 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.

It appears that the entire villagers have been implicated in the present case, but no one has been arrested. Looking to the nature of allegation and also the fact

No.24829 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 that all the petitioners are ladies, let the above named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions JudgeII-cum-Special Judge, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No.100 of 2017 (G.R. No. 944 of 2017), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
