1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 99C of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 406, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as the FIR has been instituted by the father of the petitioner alleging that his son, daughter-in-law and grandson assaulted him and forcibly took his thumb impression on blank stamp paper and sold his five dhur agricultural land

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24963 of 2024(3) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 fraudulently to some other person describing him as dead.

4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
