The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Jagdispur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 365/ 366/ 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. I have perused the materials available on record. On perusal of the order sheet itself it is evident that the statement of the victim girl was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she has made allegation regarding forceful conversion. In view of the nature of accusation, I do not find it a fit
