272 bottles of liquor each containing 300 ml were seized from the possession of the petitioner while it was being transported and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 10.07.2016 having clean antecedent as per para 3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner Basudeo Mahto @ Basdev Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikarhna at Dhaka in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. case no. 56 of 2016.
