This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 215 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(10-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Two persons have been named in the First Information Report. Petitioner's father is the other co-accused. It is alleged that from their house, the police recovered a country made rifle and one country made pistol and few live cartridges from two different place, one of which, according to the police, was being used for living by the petitioner and the other by his father.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Dinesh Singh has been allowed bail by this Court by an order dated 29.06.2020 passed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21440 of 2020(2) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No. 20071 of 2020.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada, in Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 215 of 2019.
